So over the Thanksgiving holiday I did a bit of family history preservation. It is a passion of mine. This little treasure is a photo of the Leavitt's after hiking to the top of Mt. Belnap taken about 25 years ago.

I love the clever expression on all of their faces. Can anyone guess which one is my handsome hubby? I'll give you a hint, he is the one with a mullet.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was fun. This was the year we went to Josh's parents house. Good thing we did. All of Josh's siblings with the exceptions of Sarah and Laramie were there which made for a very full house. We decided to go down on Thanksgiving morning and stayed until Sunday. The kids had fun playing with the cousins and the rest of us had fun harassing Amy and Jim. We did a bit of shopping on Black Friday, but I didn't want to get up early so not a big deal. Josh went to the cabin and we took Mylee to see the cows, but my battery died right before we made it to the cows.

My favorite picture of Mylee, mouth full of turkey. I was in the picture too, but had a really funny look on my face so all you get is Mylee.

Birthday

Last week it was my birthday. It started out pretty good. My friends Patience and Amanda took me out to breakfast. That was fun. Amanda gave me these sweet pants (I plan on wearing them when I run with her and when we bike) I put Mylee down for her nap and just relaxed until Mylee woke up. After Mylees nap she was having a snack and threw up in her high chair. She has been a bit sick for a few days and will randomly throw up. I didn't think too much about it.
When Josh got home from work we went to my favorite restaurant for dinner...Firehouse in Centerville. They totally messed up my order, and the kids were a bit wild, but Mylee just kept looking at the ceiling. When we got home Mylee was fussing and then she started to throw up everywhere, including on me. So the point of my story is that I got throw up for my birthday!! Check out the sweet pants Manda got me.

Today is Caleb's 7th birthday!! I can't believe it has been that long. He has grown up to be such a good kid. Honestly I couldn't ask for more from a kid. I love how he plays with his sisters. He is super smart and just a good kid all around. Happy Birthday Caleb.
